Kerry manager Eamonn Fitzmaurice is expecting a titanic tussle against Tyrone in Healy Park on Sunday.

No quarters have been asked or given when these two counties have met in recent times and, with precious league points at stake, Fitzmaurice says this Sunday will be no different.

"They're going to be really up for it in front of their home crowd," he said to The Irish Independent.

"Kerry and Tyrone games always have that bit of an edge about them and, for both teams now, there is a lot on the line.

"There'll be a championship feel to that game and we'll have to go up there and improve 100pc."

Fitzmaurice, meanwhile, ruled out the possibility of Colm Cooper and Paul Galvin featuring against the Red Hands.
