Capacity reduced at Netwatch Cullen Park

The capacity of Carlow's Netwatch Cullen Park has been reduced following some safety concerns.
A number of safety and security measures have been put in place reducing the capacity from 18,000 to 11,000.
The bank behind the Dublin road end of the ground is to be removed as one of a number of upgrades to be completed at the grounds.
Meanwhile, work on Carlow's training centre at Fenagh is also set to continue following the securing of funding from the Sports Capital Grants programme, Croke Park and Leinster Council.
