The Cratloe footballers' hopes of joining their hurling counterparts in the Munster final have been dealt a double injury blow.

Martin 'Ogie' Murphy, who captained the dual Clare club to last year's Munster club SFC final, and midfielder Cillian Duggan are both set to miss Sunday's provincial semi-final against The Nire in Dungarvan.

Murphy is struggling with a leg injury, while Duggan is recovering from jaw surgery he underwent following last month's county final win over Eire Og.

Meanwhile, the Sunday week's Munster club SHC final between Cratloe and Kilmallock has been fixed for the Gaelic Grounds after the Limerick champions won the toss to determine the venue.

Cratloe fans won't be complaining, however, as Limerick GAA headquarters is a mere 10-minute drive away.
