An Armagh supporter has been banned for 24 weeks arising from last June's controversial Ulster SFC quarter-final between the Orchard County and Cavan.

The game, which Armagh won, was overshadowed by a brawl before the throw-in which resulted in five players being suspended.
Now Armagh supporter Kevin O'Neill has also been sanctioned following a hearing in Croke Park last night.

A GAA statement issued this afternoon read: "At a Hearing in Páirc an Chrócaigh last night, An Lár Choiste Éisteachta imposed a 24 week suspension on Caoimhín Ó Néill (Raonaithe na Croise) for disruptive conduct by a supporter arising from the Ulster GAA Senior Football Championship match between Ard Mhacha and An Cabhán on 8ú Meitheamh 2014."
