Roscommon manager John Evans has revealed that he will make some changes to his backroom team.

Evans was ratified as manager for a third year by the Roscommon County Board earlier this week and already the Kerry native has begun making plans for next year's campaign.

The former Tipperary manager admitted to the Roscommon Herald that there will be changes to the management team and the playing squad.

"I'm looking for freshness and improvement in terms of our management team and the players we have. There are many more players out there that I'm interested in having a look at," said Evans.

"All these things can make us bigger, better and stronger for next year."
