Monaghan star Kieran Hughes is likely to be available for Saturday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final clash against Dublin.
The threat of disciplinary action hangs over the Farney forward after he was involved in an incident with Kildare's Niall Kelly last weekend but The Irish Independent reports that he will not incur a match ban.
TV cameras showed Hughes twice throwing the ball at Kelly's head and also pulling his hair after the final whistle.
Referee David Coldrick didn't see the altercation and there is speculation that the GAA's Central Competitions Control Committee could hit him with retrospective black card for "using a provocative gesture to an opponent".
In that event, he would be free to line out against the All-Ireland champions.
