Galway manager Alan Mulholland
Galway manager Alan Mulholland is eager for his side to produce a 'performance' against Kerry.
The sides meet at Croke Park on Sunday afternoon in the All-Ireland SFC quarterfinal and Mulholland believes that his charges must play to their best if they are to trouble the Kingdom.
Speaking to the Tuam Herald he said: "Once you're in an All-Ireland quarterfinal, you wish to go a step further.
"It's very important that we put in a good performance against Kerry because getting to a quarterfinal isn't good enough on its own.
"We have a big mountain to climb against Kerry but we're aiming to put in a strong performance to maintain the positive feeling that is around the Galway camp."
