McBrearty happy to do what Jim says

Paddy McBrearty has no gripe with the Donegal management after he was left out of the starting line-up for yesterday's Ulster SFC final.

The Kilcar attacker was named to start on Friday, but was replaced at the last minute by teenager Darach O'Connor. However, McBrearty entered the fray late in the first half and went on to score three points as Donegal claimed their third Anglo-Celt Cup in four years.

"Whatever Jim (McGuinness) decides you have to deal with it. This is his fourth year and he has not been wrong yet," the 2012 All-Ireland winner said.

"Jim came up to me this morning and he said to me, you will get on and I said 'whatever you think, Jim' and I was glad to be able to come on and help the team get the victory.

"Obviously, there was a bit of bite there from last year, but it is just great to win an Ulster title. We are up there with the top teams now."
