Brothers Paddy and Stephen McBrearty were to the fore as Donegal claimed a first ever Ulster SFC and MFC double at Clones this afternoon.

2012 All-Ireland winner Paddy came off the bench to kick three crucial points for Jim McGuinness' senior side as they defeated Monaghan to capture a third Anglo-Celt Cup in four years.

Earlier, younger sibling Stephen scored 0-2 and set up John Campbell for Donegal's first goal as Declan Bonner's highly-rated minor team ended an eight-year wait for provincial honours by comfortably disposing of Armagh's challenge.
