Andy Mallon, Brendan Donaghy and Kieran Toner will find out tonight whether they'll be eligible to line out against Monaghan in the Ulster SFC semi-final.

All three seasoned campaigners are in danger of missing the June 28th derby clash at Clones after having one-match bans proposed by the Central Competitions Control Committee in the aftermath of the pre-match brawl with Cavan at the Athletic Grounds two weeks ago.

The trio have have their cases heard in Croke Park tonight and the outcome will have a major bearing on the Orchard County's prospects of topping the defending provincial champions in eight days' time.

Manager Paul Grimley says Armagh will be doing all in their power to ensure that they have a full-strength team available to face their neighbours:

"We will be putting what we feel is a strong case tonight and obviously the hope is that the bans can be rescinded," he told The Belfast Telegraph. "It's important that the whole focus remains on our match against Monaghan whatever happens."
