Team news: Dubs include Colaiste Eoin duo

April 10, 2014
Two members of the Colaiste Eoin team that won the Leinster PP Schools senior football title last month have been named in the Dublin team to face Wexford in Sunday's Leinster MHC opener.

Rian McBride and Con O'Callaghan have been selected at midfield and wing forward respectively for the clash at Piercestown. They are among six survivors from the side that lost last year's Leinster semi-final to Kilkenny, with the others being goalkeeper Jonathan Treacy, full back Jake Malone, centre back Shane Barrett and corner forward Sean Ryan.

In addition, wing forward Sean Grey and centre forward Eoghan McHugh both came on as substitutes in that defeat to the Cats, so there is no shortage of experience in this Dublin line-up.

Listed among the subs is Darragh Kelly, who plays his club hurling with Ratoath in Meath.
