Gareth McKinless will make his first league start for Derry against Kildare in Round 6 of the Allianz NFL Division 1 at Celtic Park. The Ballinderry man is the replacement for Mark Craig at right corner back.

There is one other change from the side that had six points to spare over All-Ireland champions Dublin in the last round, Emmett McGuckin returns to the full forward position with Declan Mullan dropping to the bench.

A win on Sunday will ensure Brian McIver's team of a semi-final place.
