Following a 0-19 to 2-3 win over Waterford, Tipperary manager David Power has kept faith with all bar one of his side for next Wednesday's Munster U21FC semi-final meeting with Clare in Milltown Malbay.
2011 All-Ireland winning minor captain Liam McGrath, who kicked two points when coming off the bench in Wednesday's comfortable win against the Deise, is handed a starting place at corner forward ahead of Josh Keane.
Michael Quinlivan will continue to lead the side in the absence of injured full back John Meagher.
