Meath joint-captain Bryan Menton is under no illusions as to the size of the challenge awaiting in the 2019 Leinster SFC final.
Menton fired two goals from midfield at Croke Park on Sunday as the Royal County advanced to their first provincial final in five years. On Sunday week, they’ll lock horns with a Dublin side bidding for a ninth successive Delaney Cup:
“We know it’s going to be upped a massive level compared to what we’ve played,” the Donaghmore-Ashbourne clubman told The Irish Sun. "Donegal are probably the closest team to Division One we’ve played. We pushed them close twice but didn’t get over the line either day.
“Dublin are the best team we’ve seen, they’re going for five in a row in the All-Ireland, there’s no denying they’re at the very top level. But that’s what we’re looking to get to ourselves.”Tweet
