Tyrone's Sean Cavanagh believes the Northern Ireland Assembly politicians should look to his club as a model for inspiration.

The Red Hand County legend joined Damien Lawlor on this week's RTÉ GAA PODCAST to reflect on Moy Tír na nÓg's All-Ireland Club IFC success.

"It's frustrating looking at the news and seeing people from other parts of Northern Ireland still stuck probably where we were back in the late eighties, early nineties. It really is a time warp," he commented.

"You would hope through time that will correct itself but yeah, it's frustrating at times. An awful lot of the decisions that are being made in terms of governmental decisions around Northern Ireland aren't being made for the right reasons.

"But, we've got our house in order in the Moy. That's all we can control I suppose."
