Arch rivals Galway and Mayo have been paired with each other in round 4 of the All-Ireland SF qualifiers.

The Round 4 qualifier draw took place this morning and involved the four winners from Round 3 against the four provincial runners-up.

The standout fixture is, unquestionably, the all-Connacht clash while Tyrone’s reward for Saturday’s win over Kildare is a date with Cavan.

Elsewhere, it will be Meath versus Clare and Cork against Laois.

All-Ireland SFC Round 4 Qualifier Draw:

Cork v Laois

Meath v Clare

Cavan v Tyrone

Galway v Mayo

Unlike in previous rounds, venues for Round 4 are not on a home and away basis, the match venues and times will be confirmed by the CCCC on this afternoon (Monday) with the fixtures scheduled for this coming weekend.

All matches in this round of the Football Championship will be “Winner on the Day”, if required.
