6. Donal Keogan (Meath)

The Royals secured the result they needed to sidestep relegation to Division 3 and Keogan was outstanding against neighbours Louth in Drogheda.

7. Caolan Mooney (Down)

The Mourne County were not so fortunate and will ply their trade in Division 3 in 2019 despite getting the better of Tipperary in Newry.

8. Paul Conroy (Galway)

Conroy and Brian Fenton enjoyed a great battle around the middle third of the field and the Galway man chipped in with a point for his team.

9. Ryan Jones (Fermanagh)

Jones put his shoulder to the wheel but was unable to prevent the Ernesiders from slipping to a two-point defeat to Armagh.

10. Dara McVeety (Cavan)

Cavan boss Mattie McGleenan highlighted captain McVeety's loss to injury as a turning point in the Division 2 decider and it's hard to argue against that.

11. Ciaran Kilkenny (Dublin)

Kilkenny delivered another 'man-of-the-match' performance as the Dubs picked up their 13^th league title at headquarters yesterday.

12. Conor Devaney (Roscommon)

The Rossies' captain was a constant thorn in the side of the Cavan defence and was a deserving recipient of the 'man-of-the-match' award.

13. Andrew Murnin (Armagh)

Murnin's contribution of 1-3 from play helped to swing the Division 3 decider the way of the Orchard County.

14. Damien Comer (Galway)

The Galway captain relished the physical exchanges with the Dublin defence and raised three white flags.

15. Ross Munnelly (Laois)

Munnelly rolled back the years to inspire the O'Moore County to a Division 4 final victory over neighbours Carlow.
